Hatha Yoga with Marlo Paras
Marlo has been practicing yoga since she was 17 years old. Her practise has evolved from one that is physically dynamic to a practice that believes in the body/mind continuum. She believes that her practise is a reflection of where she is in her life and to simply enjoy the process as it unfolds. Aside from yoga, Marlo also enjoys hoop dancing, walking her dog and skateboarding. Come and meet Marlo on the mat and watch your own process unfold.

SPIN with Carlene Garcia
Carlene is always smiling, as she races from teaching Aquafit at SFU, to teaching Indoor Cycling at SFU and Nova Health & Fitness, to her role as Head Trainer for the North West Hockey Team. Carlene was also the Head Trainer for the Burnaby Burrards Senior B Lacrosse Team and SFU Recreational Manager for Outdoor & Indoor Soccer, Ultimate Frisbee and Basketball. Members at Nova love her Spin Classes, even showing up at 6:00am!
Spin with Brenlee Rempel
Brenlee has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years, as an indoor cycling instructor and aquafit instructor. She presently works full time teaching aquatic fitness for the City of Burnaby. Brenlee’s 3 very sweet & adorable dogs have agreed that she may come home a little late on Monday evenings so that she can teach a spin class at Nova Health & Fitness.
